Marquee Hire London is a family-run marquee hire company based in London. We supply, deliver, and install stretch tents, traditional pole marquees, and clear span frame marquees for weddings, corporate events, garden parties, and private celebrations across London and the surrounding counties.
We’re the sister company of Vivah London, which has worked in the wedding and events industry for over three decades. That’s where our experience comes from. Not a crash course — thirty-plus years of setting up for events of every size, dealing with awkward access routes, uneven ground, last-minute changes, and everything else that comes with the territory.

What We Do

We handle the full process from start to finish. You tell us about your event, we recommend the right marquee and size, then our team delivers, installs, and collects it when you’re done. No subcontractors. Everything is done by our in-house team of over 20.

We also provide the extras that most events need — furniture, flooring, lighting, heating, and climate control. One supplier, one point of contact, and no chasing multiple companies.

Where We Work

We cover London and the surrounding counties: Essex, Kent, Surrey, and Hertfordshire. We’ve set up in back gardens in South London, country estates in Kent, corporate venues in the City, and everything in between.

Our Experience

We’ve completed over 100 events and have been operating as Marquee Hire London for more than 10 years. Combined with Vivah London’s three decades in the industry, we’ve seen most situations before.

Tight access through a terraced house? Done it. A sloped garden that needs levelling? Handled it. A last-minute booking for 200 guests? We’ll make it work.

We don’t inflate our numbers or make vague claims about being “industry leading.” We’d rather you judge us on the work we actually do.
